Why hasn't my package moved according to the tracking info?

Just a heads up, FedEx and USPS don't scan packages at our facility. They collect them in big trailers and on pallets, then scan them at their hubs. If you don't see any scans for 1–2 days, your package has already left our warehouse (except on weeke

Why does my package say it has shipped but hasn't left the warehouse?

The tracking information is generated when your label is created. It might take up to 24–48 hours for the shipping server to update the tracking data after the label has been generated.

Do you ship internationally?

The Flaming Candle does ship internationally:. Many of our international customers choose to use a freight forwarder to facilitate their orders. When completing your information, make sure that you use the shipping address that your freight forwarder

Where can I find updates on my order?

Please log in to your account. Click on Account at the top right. Under the Order section at the middle left, you will see “Orders” tab. By clicking on that you will see the entire history of your orders, if purchased through your account.

Do you refund shipping fees?

We do not offer refunds on shipping and handling fees, even for undeliverable, refused, missing, or stolen shipments.

Do you ship freight?

We do! Anything over 750 lbs or large 50 lb drums are considered freight and will be processed accordingly.  Please check out our freight/bulk information here.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use FedEx and USPS.  We use different carriers depending on rates for orders that are shipped Freight.

Can I use my own shipping account or carrier?

The Flaming Candles does not allow for 3rd party shipping. Customers orders will ship via the method of shipping chosen at check out.

How do I file a claim?

What happens after I file a claim with you?

When your claim is approved, you may get a credit or a reshipment, depending on the outcome. If we reship your order, you will get a new order number and an order confirmation. Once the order is fulfilled, we will send you another email with tracking

What should I do if my package was delivered to the wrong address?

The customer is responsible for verifying their shipping address at time of purchase. If you noticed the address is incorrect before shipping has taken place, or while the package enroute, please contact customer service for assistance at 770-505-499
