Why hasn't my package moved according to the tracking info?Updated 6 months ago
Just a heads up, FedEx and USPS don't scan packages at our facility. They collect them in big trailers and on pallets, then scan them at their hubs. If you don't see any scans for 1–2 days, your package has already left our warehouse (except on weekends). Due to the high volume of orders shipped, we ask that you please be patient for the package to get scanned. If there's no movement for 5 business days (14 business days for Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii) please contact us at 770-505-4999 or via our Contact Page.
