What happens after I file a claim with you?Updated 4 months ago

When your claim is approved, you may get a credit or a reshipment, depending on the outcome. 

If we reship your order, you will get a new order number and an order confirmation. Once the order is fulfilled, we will send you another email with tracking information. 

If we issue a credit, you will receive the exact price you paid for the item, excluding any shipping costs.
