We understand the importance of receiving your supplies promptly, and we strive to fill and ship all orders as soon as possible. 

Expedited orders ship via priority service, and we make every effort to process and send them out as quickly as possible — often the same day.

That said, we do not guarantee a specific same-day shipping cutoff time. All orders, including expedited, are subject to our standard processing timelines. The advantage of expedited shipping is faster transit once the order leaves our facility. While these orders are prioritized whenever possible, same-day shipment is not guaranteed.

 During our busy season (September–December) and during promotions, orders may take several days to process and ship due to order volume.  If lead time is a concern, we post current lead times and estimated delivery dates in the checkout process so you know when to expect your order.
