My order arrived damaged. What should I do?Updated 6 months ago

Damage to your Order

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for it for any reason (this includes, but is not limited to, theft after delivery).

Please call our Customer Care Team at 1-770-505-4999 or email us at [email protected]  if you notice any damage to your package and/or items. We will request photos of the damage in order to assist with filing a claim. It's important to take clear photos of all damaged items as it will help expedite the claims process.

Please note: some products (i.e.; wax) are heat sensitive and may melt slightly during the shipping process, however this will not alter the quality of the product.


Anything over 750 lbs or large 50 lb drums are considered freight and will be processed accordingly.  After your order is placed our Freight Specialist will contact you with specifics and give you your freight charge.

Many of our international customers are still able to purchase our products by shipping directly to USA-based freight forwarder of their choice. When shipping directly to a freight forwarder, you will simply use their shipping address as the shipping address for your order. 

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are able to pass through customs without issue. We are not able to accept returns on items rejected due to import/export issues.
