# **The Flaming Candle Bulk Program Details**

## **Pricing & Discounts**

The Flaming Candle bulk pricing is manufacturer-direct with a minimal handling markup.  
Bulk pricing is **not eligible** for coupons, promotions, free gifts, or sales.

## **Price Changes**

Manufacturers may change product costs without notice.  
The Flaming Candle bulk pricing will be updated accordingly as changes are received.

## **Special Request Carrier Fee**

Due to ongoing increases in freight costs, The Flaming Candle applies a **Special Carrier Request Fee**.

If a carrier is quoted by our Freight Specialist and a different carrier is requested, the customer is responsible for the **cost difference**, including fuel surcharges.

### Example:

*   Estes: $300 freight + $75 fuel surcharge = **$375 total**
*   FedEx: $500 freight + $150 fuel surcharge = **$650 total**

## **Special Carrier Shipments**

Regularly quoted shipping fees may not apply to:

*   Bulk orders
*   Large-quantity orders
*   Heavy freight shipments

These shipments may incur:

*   Accessorial charges
*   Fuel surcharges

Bulk orders are custom manufacturer orders and are subject to a **50% cancellation fee**.
